Meal Prep Tips!

1. Start small! Prep dinner for the week.

2. Slightly undercook vegetables so as to avoid
    overcooking when reheated.

3. Use chicken broth when baking chicken to
     keep from drying out.

4. If you aren't a fan of reheated fish, marinate in a
    zip-lock bag to be cooked fresh each day.
